The Board of Clinical Computing Plc (the 'Company') was informed on 6 November
2006 that David Altschuler, a connected person with Howard Kitchner, Chairman of
the Company, had bought 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary
Shares') in the Company.

The transaction took place on 2 November 2006, following which Mr. Altschuler
had a total shareholding of 2,631,496 Ordinary Shares representing 8.70 per
cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
