The Board of Clinical Computing Plc (the 'Company') was informed on 10 November
2006 that Howard Kitchner, Chairman of the Company, had bought 100,000 Ordinary
Shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of 6.875
pence.

The transaction took place on 9 November 2006, following which Mr. Kitchner had
a total shareholding of 3,368,004 Ordinary Shares representing 10.17 per cent.
of the Company's issued share capital.
