Board Appointment
Clinical Computing Plc ('Clinical Computing'), the international developer of
clinical information systems for the healthcare market, has appointed Professor
Stan Newman as Non-Executive Director.
Professor Newman brings to the board more than 20 years experience in the
international healthcare market and a unique blend of business experience with a
clinical and research oriented background. Professor Newman is currently a
centre director at the University College London Medical School. His other
directorships include Executive Chairman, UCL Consultants and Non-Executive
Director, Unibio Ltd.
Commenting upon the appointment, Howard Kitchner, Chairman of Clinical
Computing, said 'We are delighted to welcome Professor Newman to the Clinical
Computing Board. He has a wealth of experience that is relevant to Clinical
Computing and brings with him significant experience in working with healthcare
professionals across the geographic regions in which we market our products.'
