Clinical Computing Plc ('the Group'), the international developer of clinical
information systems for the healthcare market, announces that Neil Sinclair, a
non-executive director has resigned after serving on the board for over 10
years, with immediate effect.



Howard Kitchner, Clinical Computing, Chairman, said:

'I wish to thank Neil for all his contributions to the Group over the past years
and wish him well in his retirement.'
