                          NOTIFICATION OF SHAREHOLDING

Pursuant to Chapter 5 of the UK Listing Authority Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 28 November 2007 of the following
shareholdings:

(1)  William Sieghart has an interest in 3,372,200 ordinary shares in the
     Company, representing approximately 3.61 per cent. of the Company's issued 
     share capital.

(2)  Garry Crystal has an interest in 4,168,416 ordinary shares in the Company,
     representing approximately 4.46 per cent. of the Company's issued share 
     capital.

(3)  Neil Francis Jeremy Mendoza has an interest in 4,883,334 ordinary shares in
     the Company, representing approximately 5.23 per cent. of the Company's 
     issued share capital.
     
(4)  Peter Elliott Rackind has an interest in 5,583,500 ordinary shares in the
     Company, representing approximately 5.98 per cent. of the Company's issued 
     share capital.

The issued share capital of the company is 93,443,694 ordinary shares of 1p
each.
