              Clinical Computing plc ('Clinical' or the 'Company')

                    Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Clinical Computing plc, the international developer of clinical information
systems for the healthcare market, is pleased to announce that shareholders
approved all the resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting held
earlier today.

Application has been made for the listing of the Company's issued ordinary
shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority to be cancelled with
effect from 8.00 am on 17 September 2007.

The Company has also today applied for its ordinary shares of 1p each to be
admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to become effective from 17
September 2007.
