Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that, on 19 May 2010, Mr T C W Ingram, a director of Caledonia, gifted 5,395 Caledonia ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.0093% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital, to one of his sons and 335 shares, representing 0.0006% of Caledonia's issued ordinary share capital, to his wife, Christine Ingram, a connected person as defined by the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The 335 shares transferred to Mrs Ingram will be registered in her own name.

Mr Ingram's total interests in Caledonia's shares following the above transactions are as follows:

Beneficial - 135,437 shares = 0.23%

Options - 147,978 shares = 0.25%           

Deferred bonus plan - 16,363 shares = 0.03%               

This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a) in relation to the dealings by Mr Ingram and Mrs Ingram.
