Unaudited net asset value per share at 29 February 2008

Caledonia Investments plc ('Caledonia') announces that its unaudited net asset
values per ordinary share as at 29 February 2008, calculated as in previous
months on a cum-income basis, were 2223p (undiluted) and 2197p (diluted).

The monthly reported net asset values per ordinary share, together with
performance statistics and information on the valuation of principal
