Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value ("NAV") per share as at 31 July 2017, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 3226p, after deduction of the final and special dividends for the year ended 31 March 2017 of 39.9p and 100.0p per share respectively.
