Completion of re-domicile of the Company into Jersey

 

21 March 2016: Caledonia Mining Corporation ("Caledonia") advises that it has successfully completed the re-domicile of the Company into Jersey, Channel Islands. The Company's Depositary Interests ("DIs") in Common Shares will, with effect from today, change as follows:

·    the ISIN of the DIs in Common Shares will change to JE00BD35H902;

·    the SEDOL of the DIs in Common Shares will change to BD35H90.
