                 Notice of Cancellation of AIM and IEX Listing

The Company hereby notifies that, pending the approval of Calyx Shareholders at
two court meetings and an extraordinary general meeting (the 'EGM') which will
all take place at Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin Airport, Northwood Park, Santry,
Dublin 9 on 2 July 2007 and the resulting sanctioning of the Scheme on 18 July
2007, the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM and IEX will be
cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 23 July 2007. The last trading
day on AIM and IEX will be Friday 20 July 2007.
