Director's dealing

On 30 November 2010 the Company was informed that Paul Heber, a director in the Company, has entered into an agreement to purchase an interest in 166,396 shares in the Company through his pension scheme at a price of 28 pence per share as part of the placing of £4.98m announced by the Company on 29 November 2010.

The participation in the placing is a related party transaction for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies. Having consulted with WH Ireland, the nominated advisor to the Company, the independent non-executive directors of the Company, being Colin Orr-Ewing and Paul Turner, consider the terms of the  participation in the Placing to be fair and reasonable in so far as all the shareholders of the Company are concerned.
