Director Shareholding

Omega Diagnostics Group plc (AIM:ODX), the AIM listed medical diagnostics company, announces that Andrew Shepherd, Chief Executive of the Company, has increased his total beneficial holding following a purchase today of 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 16.5p per share, in the name of his wife Mrs Sharon Shepherd. Following this transaction Andrew Shepherd's total beneficial holding has increased to 2,618,030 ordinary shares representing 3.07 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
