Grant of Options

Omega, the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that its Remuneration Committee on 5 July 2012 awarded the following director share options:

Kieron Harbinson		300,000		768,987
Jag Grewal		200,000		300,000

All options are awarded under the Company's EMI Share Option Scheme.  The options have a three year vesting period, have been awarded at an exercise price of 14.5p (closing mid market price on 4 July 2012) and after they are fully vested, there is a performance criteria that they cannot be exercised until the share price is at 25p or higher.
