                Statement re Camellia Additional Listing


Further to the announcement on 14 November 2005 confirming the sanctioning by
the Court of the proposal for Linton Park to become a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Camellia (the 'Scheme'), the Directors of Camellia allotted 247,364 new ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in Camellia ('Shares') conditional upon admission of
such Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on
the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ('Admission')
Application has been made for Admission which is expect to become effective at
8.00am on 17 November 2005.

The Shares rank pari passu with Camellia's existing ordinary shares.  Following
the issue of the Shares, Camellia will have 2,842,364 ordinary shares in issue.
