13. Additional information: Taube Hodson Stonex Partners Limited ('THS') is a
                            discretionary fund manager and does not invest on 
                            its own behalf but invests on behalf of its clients 
                            (that are large institutional funds i.e. Pension 
                            Funds, Unit trusts). THS controls the shares on 
                            the client's behalf.  

                            THS has held Camellia shares on behalf of clients 
                            since July 1993. On 30/09/1993, the 5% limit was 
                            crossed and has remained above 5% since then. The 
                            current holding is 8.17%.

                            In accordance with the DTR transitional provisions, 
                            the issuer should have been notified by 20th March 
                            2007.
