ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CAP-XX Limited (the 'Company') announces that it will hold its AGM at 9.30 am
(GMT) on Thursday, 16 November 2006 at the offices of Faegre & Benson LLP, 7
Pilgrim Street, London EC4V 6LB, United Kingdom. The notice of meeting
containing the business to be transacted at that meeting will be sent to
shareholders along with the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 30 June 2006 by no later than 13 October 2006 and will be available from
the Company's website at www.cap-xx.com no later than 16 October 2006.
