TVR and Placing Update
Further to the announcement of 12 March 2012 and the admission of 9,245,333 ordinary shares to trading following a placing, CAP-XX's issued share capital now consists of 86,277,430 Ordinary Shares. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 86,277,430.
The above figure of 86,277,430 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
A further announcement will be made in due course in respect of the timing of admission of 1,700,000 ordinary shares to be subscribed for by a leading Chinese automotive component company, as announced previously, which remains subject to Chinese Government approval.
