CAPITA SELECTED AS PREFERRED PARTNER FOR WEST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL'S SUPPORT SERVICES PARTNERSHIP CONTRACT

Capita plc ("Capita") announces that West Sussex County Council ("West Sussex") has selected Capita as Preferred Partner for their Support Services partnership. This is a 10 year contract worth approximately £154m new revenues to Capita to deliver a range of services including HR and payroll, finance, office services, online service delivery, procurement and pensions administration.

The contract is expected to be signed in late June with service commencement from September 2012.
