In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and DTR 6.1.2, two copies of
the Report and Accounts for the year ended 5 April 2008, Notice of
2008 Annual General Meeting and the related Form of Proxy, together
with a copy of the new Articles of Association which are proposed to
be adopted at the Annual General Meeting, have been submitted to the
