SALE AND PURCHASE FACILITY and HALF-YEAR REPORT

The circular to Shareholders detailing the Sale and Purchase Facility
(the "Circular") together with a Sale Request Form, Purchase Request
Form and Half-Year Report for the six months ended 5 October 2008
(the "Half-Year Report") of the Company were posted to Shareholders
on 17 November 2008.

A copy of both the Circular and the Half-Year Report have been
