Equatorial Palm Oil plc, the Liberian focussed company aiming to become a sustainable, low-cost producer of crude palm oil ('CPO'), was notified on 4 March 2010 that City Natural Resources High Yield Trust Plc was interested in 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.07 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
