The notification relates to the following connected persons: (a) Parkdev International Asset Managers (Pty) Ltd - a body corporate with which the director is associated (i.e. the director directly or indirectly owns 20% or more of the equity share capital or voting rights); (b) Pinelake International Limited - a body corporate with which the director is associated  (c) Exdiem Trust - a trust of which a trustee is a common director of Parkdev (Pty) Ltd (which is the majority shareholder of Parkdev International Asset Managers(Pty) Ltd) and the director is a trustee; (d) Robs Trust - a trust with which the director's child is associated and the director is a trustee; (e) Boz Trust - a trust with which the director's child is associated and the director is a trustee; (f) Clearance Capital (Cayman) Limited - a body corporate in which the director or any person connected with him is a director or a senior executive who has the power to make management decisions affecting the future development and business prospects of that body corporate(Louis Norval is a director of Clearance Capital (Cayman) Limited and a director of Parkdev(Pty)Ltd and Parkdev(Pty)is a shareholder of Clearance Capital(Cayman) Limited); and (g) Mrs Careen Norval - director's spouse. The notification also relates to Investec Bank Limited whom has a pledge over the shares in 7 (a) and 7 (b).
