The Company received notification on 14 March 2020 that Philip Mickelborough, the husband of Laura Whyte, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had acquired 18,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange.  The shares were acquired at £1.64 per share on 13 March 2020 and increases Laura Whyte's total beneficial holding in the Company to 26,498 ordinary shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
