This announcement confirms the Board changes consequent upon the retirement from the board of Christopher Ross after yesterday's Annual General Meeting. These changes were set out in Carclo's preliminary announcement of results for the year ended 31 March 2012 which was issued on 12 June 2012.
Christopher Ross has retired from the Board after serving as a non executive director since 2003 and chairman since 2006. Michael Derbyshire has succeeded Christopher as chairman of the board. Michael joined the board as a non executive director and chairman of the remuneration committee on 1 January 2006. Robert Rickman, who was appointed as a non executive director on 1 July 2012, will take over the chairmanship of the remuneration committee with immediate effect.
