Following achievement of the performance target relating to LTIP awards made on
1 July 2003, the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
(PDMRs) were transferred from the Carillion plc Employee Share Ownership Trust
(the Trust) on 12 September 2006 the following number of shares:-
