Carillion plc reports that the following Persons' Discharging Managerial Responsibility have been granted interests in the Company's ordinary shares of 50p each as follows.
Awards were made on 9th April 2015 under the LEAP as shown in the table below. The number of shares vesting will be subject to achievement of the performance target which will be based on earnings per share growth, cash conversion and key strategic targets over a 3 year performance period.
