Carillion appoints new executive director
Support services and construction company Carillion has appointed David Hurcomb
as an executive director with effect from 1 January 2008.
David, 43, joined Carillion in March 2005 having previously held a number of
senior positions in Balfour Beatty plc and prior to that Mansell plc where he
was a main board director. David will be responsible for Carillion's Building
and Private Finance businesses.
Commenting, Carillion Chief Executive John McDonough, said: 'We are delighted to
appoint David Hurcomb as an executive director. With extensive experience of our
key market sectors he will make a valuable contribution to Carillion's
development and is a welcome addition to the Board.'
There are no disclosures in respect of Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6) in respect
of Mr Hurcomb.
