(NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme,
Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 08 November 2007 Carnival
Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased
100,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £20.99995 per
share.  The highest price paid was £21.00 per share and the lowest price paid
was £20.98 per share.
