In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 17 November 2008 Carnival Corporation purchased an additional 32,450 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £12.537606 per share using the net proceeds from the Stock Swap programme. The highest price paid was £12.56 per share and the lowest price paid was £12.50 per share.
