Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 10^th May 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 80,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £26.64639134 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £26.7541339 per share and the lowest price received was £26.525 per share.
