Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 13^th May 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 50,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £27.77238793 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £27.87 per share and the lowest price received was £27.665 per share.
