Stock Repurchase) programme, Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 25^th May 2010 Carnival Investments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnival Corporation) sold 150,000 existing ordinary shares that it held in Carnival plc at an average price of £25.02143060 per share. The highest price received for the ordinary shares was £25.24 per share and the lowest price received was £24.71 per share.
