Date of interim results announcement -

MONDAY 11 April 2011

Carr's (CRM.L), the fully-listed agriculture, food and engineering group, will announce its results for the 26 weeks to 26 February 2011 on Monday 11 April 2011.

On that day, there will be an analysts' presentation at 9.30am at the offices of Investec, 2 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP.
