Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan,  announces that it was informed on 13 June 2016 that on that day, Edmund Limerick, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 9.8p per Share.

Following these purchases Edmund Limerick now holds 550,000 Shares and his wife holds 605,000 Shares. This combined holding represents 0.12% of the issued share capital of the Company.
