Grant of Options and Directors' Shareholdings

Roxi and its Remuneration Committee are pleased to announce that on 12 January 2011, 13,090,000 new options exercisable at 13p per share were granted as follows

David Wilkes 3,860,000

Hyunsik Jang 3,090,000

Kuat Oraziman 3,090,000

Clive Carver 750,000

Edmund Limerick 750,000

Other staff 1,550,000

The option price represents a premium of some 16 per cent to the mid market closing price on 12 January 2011 and a premium of some 56 per cent to the volume weighted average price over the previous month, based on the information available at the close of trading on 12 January 2011.

Following the granting of the new options, the current options held by the Directors of the Company are now as follows
