Board Changes
The Directors of NPG are pleased to announce that Steven Smith has been
appointed a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Steven Miles Smith, BCom ACA ATII (aged 44) is a Chartered Accountant and an
Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation who has extensive experience in
international mergers and acquisitions built up over the past 15 years. He has
particular experience in the North American market. Steven is a significant
shareholder in the Company through his wholly owned investment vehicle, Reef
Securities Limited, which has an 8.5 per cent. interest in NPG.
Steven Smith is currently a director of the following companies:

Buygreatwines Limited
Penbranch Limited
Direct Finishing Limited
NPG also announces today the resignation of Hugo Drayton as non-executive
Director, due to his increasing workload at Hollinger Telegraph New Media, with
immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Hugo for his contribution to
NPG over the last three years.
No further information falls to be disclosed under the AIM Rules, other than the
matters set out in the appendix to this release.

Steven Smith has been a director of the following companies within the last five
years:
Photobition Group plc
Steven Smith was a director of Photobition Group plc and a number of its
subsidiaries until 12 October 2001 when he resigned. On 7 November 2001
Photobition Group plc was placed into administrative receivership and a number
of its subsidiaries, including all of those companies named below as being in
liquidation (other than Graphic Realisations (BS) Limited), were placed into
liquidation over the following month.
Graphics Realisations (BS) Limited, a subsidiary of Photobition Group plc, was
placed into administration on 25 January 2002 and subsequently placed into
liquidation on 21 August 2002. Steven Smith resigned as a director on 12 October
2001.
