Holding in Company


The Company was notified on Friday 12 May 2006, pursuant to Section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 as amended by the Disclosure of Interest in Shares
(amendment) Regulations 1993, that following the purchase of 500,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each in Catalyst ('Ordinary Shares') at 3.5p on 4 May 2006,
Gartmore Investment Management Plc has an interest in 88,004,492 Ordinary
Shares, representing  13.95% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.
