the appointment of a new Creative director, Cooper Handley.

Cooper Handley,  aged  40,  brings  over a  decade  of  creative  and
commercial web experience to the  Group, having pioneered the use  of
interactive software for independent, fan based music portals and has
developed market-leading digital brands.

Mr. Handley's arrival  reinforces the Groups  strategic direction  of
digital media solutions and technology.  As announced on 1  September
2009, the disposal of loss making local TV licenses and reducing  the
broadcast media  assets  to  focus  on  revenue  generating  creative
services and technology for the future.

Mr. Handley has a track record  of migrating ideas and brands  across
all digital  media  platforms,  increasingly  exploiting  new  mobile
marketing techniques to reach people on the move. His immediate  task
at Milestone will be to take the creative talent and services already
within  the  Group  and  build  websites  which  make  an   immediate
difference to brands and their bottom line.

Milestone's CEO, Deborah White, who has led the company into creative
