                       RAJAR Wave 4 2005 Audience Figures

Milestone Group PLC ('Milestone') is pleased to announce an increase in the
official RAJAR listening figures for Passion 107.9, its wholly-owned radio
station in Oxford.

Passion 107.9 has obtained a weekly reach of 10% of all those aged 15+ in its
newly-expanded Total Survey Area encompassing 236,000 adults across southern
Oxfordshire.

Milestone yesterday announced the proposed sale of its shareholdings in the
three non-wholly-owned radio stations Kestrel FM, Kick FM and Rugby FM.
