NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

AIM listed Milestone Group PLC ('the Company') announces that the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Deborah White, has acquired 7,606,698 ordinary shares of the Company representing a notifiable interest in approximately 27.56 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.

The Company also announces that J M Finn Nominees Limited has disposed of the 7,606,698 ordinary shares of the Company which it had held on behalf of Lawrence Boom and Jamie Bloom. As a result of this transaction, Lawrence Bloom and Jamie Bloom no longer hold a notifiable interest in the shareholding of the Company.

The current issued share capital of the Company is 27,605,095 shares.
