Launch of music streaming & download service through Nexstar Joint Venture

Milestone, the AIM quoted (AIM: MSG) provider of digital media and technology solutions, is pleased to announce that through its subsidiary Nexstar, its joint venture with Black Cactus Holdings Pty ("Black Cactus"), it has launched a new music streaming platform called MusicRoo.

MusicRoo (www.musicroo.com) is a standalone multichannel music and video distribution platform that has been developed by Black Cactus. The platform gathers music content from numerous suppliers and allows customers to purchase content from this single and substantial library, with Nexstar receiving revenues across all transactions.

MusicRoo's content library is provided under licence from Deezer, Spotify and other Tier 1 Global media providers and includes content from some of the largest global record labels through to smaller independent labels.

MusicRoo streaming services has over 35 million licensed tracks in its library, including the Beatles Catalogue, 30,000+ radio channels and 43m download transactional services. The service is available across a variety of devices including web, Android, Kindle Fire HDX, OSX, Blackberry, iOS, Windows Phone and Symbian.

MusicRoo is fully integrated into all the major social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, GooglePlus, Instagram, Pintrest amongst others and allows its users to share their music and playlist with other users in their social media community 

MusicRoo OTT Internet TV has 33, 24/7 music streaming channels broken down by music category and featured artists including well known names such as Michael Jackson, Madonna, Beyonce, Rhianna, Eminem, Taylor Swift and others.

End users will also be able to use Nexstar promo codes to purchase content within the site and any subsequent white-labeled versions of the site.
