Milestone, the AIM quoted (AIM: MSG) provider of digital media and technology solutions is pleased to announce that it has signed an initial annual agreement to provide STM Security Group (UK) Ltd ("STM") with the Company's standard OnGuard software. The value of the agreement has been heavily discounted from the £108,000 list price that would normally be applied for a 500 users agreement in recognition of STM's contribution to the development of this product.

OnGuard is a business management solution specifically targeting the security industry. It utilises the latest mobile and cloud technologies to support the administrative, operational and financial functions of the Manned Guarding sector. OnGuard provides audited process and resource management and integrated business functions, improving inter-departmental efficiencies and reporting.

STM is a UK based security company and an experienced supplier of manned security solutions and customer service staff. STM operates in a wide variety of different industries and prides itself on the quality and flexibility of its services with continual improvement at the core of its philosophy. STM has a dedicated Manned Guarding division, providing professional, trained and licensed personnel throughout the UK.

In order to ensure that it's staff continue to provide high levels of service, STM continually monitors advances in its industry and aims to use the latest technology solutions. STM has identified Milestone's OnGuard product as a means to ensure that the company's administrative processes are more efficient, further enhancing the quality of services offered to it's clients and also increasing profit margins.

As part of the agreement, STM will assist Milestone in further developing OnGuard, testing and piloting both the initial software release and subsequent releases. Additional functionality will be made available in the near future.
