Suspension of listing

The Board refers to the circular published by the Company on 8 November 2013 in connection with the recommended proposals for the voluntary liquidation of the Company which shareholders may vote on at today's extraordinary general meeting.

In view of the proposed vote, the Company announces that the listing of its redeemable participating preference shares of no par value (ISIN - GG00BFNWV262), which are traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, was suspended from 7:30 a.m. today.  A further announcement will be made by the Company following the extraordinary general meeting later today.
