NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF THE FOLLOWING TRUST CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY CBB INTERNATIONAL SUKUK PROGRAMME COMPANY W.L.L.:

SERIES 2 - U.S.$1,000,000,000 Trust Certificates due 2024 (ISINs: XS2172964715 / US05675M2B96) (THE "SERIES 2 CERTIFICATES").

CBB International Sukuk Programme Company W.L.L. (the "Trustee") - Notice of Replacement of Certain Assets

The Trustee hereby gives notice that the following documents have been entered into in connection with the replacement of certain leased and sub-leased assets in respect of the Series 2 Certificates with new assets of equivalent or greater monetary value:

•        an amendment to the supplemental head-lease agreement dated 14 May 2020 among the Kingdom of Bahrain, acting through the Ministry of Finance and National Economy (the "Kingdom"), the Trustee and Citibank N.A., London Branch (the "Delegate") (as amended on 4 November 2021) dated 29 August 2023; and

•        an amendment to the supplemental sub-lease agreement dated 14 May 2020 among the Trustee, the Kingdom and the Delegate (as amended on 16 June 2022) dated 29 August 2023.
