                     Appointment of Non-Executive Director


IS Solutions plc (the 'Company'), providers of a range of Internet design,
website development and systems support services to public and private sector
clients, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Roger McDowell as an
Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.


Mr McDowell (52) brings to the Board over 30 years of senior management
experience.  Having developed the Oliver Ashworth Group through dramatic growth,
main market listing and sale to St. Gobain, he then took a number of
non-executive roles including chairmanships in both public and private equity
backed businesses. Roger is currently a Non-Executive Director of IDMOS PLC and
Augean Plc and also a Director of several private companies. He joined the board
of Augean in 2004.
