Change of Name

London: Friday, 22 July 2016: The Company is pleased to announce that following approval from its shareholders on 20 July 2016, IS Solutions Plc has now changed its name to D4t4 Solutions Plc and at the same time implemented a rebranding programme that more clearly reflects where the business is today.  

Dealings under the new name will commence on AiM at 8.00 a.m. today (22 July 2016).  The TIDM will also change to "D4T4".

The Company's ISIN and SEDOL numbers for the ordinary shares will remain unchanged.

The new web address link is now live: www.d4t4solutions.com.

The Company has been planning this transformation since the start of the year to support the Company's complete focus on data.  The new D4t4 Solutions name is being reinforced by a comprehensive rebranding programme based on a new, more vibrant, corporate identity.
