                              Exercise of options



The Company announces that certain employees have today completed the exercise
of share options over a total of 150,000 ordinary shares.  In addition, Jim
Dodkins, Director, has today completed the exercise of share options over a
total of 70,000 ordinary shares



The ordinary shares in respect of all of these options have been satisfied by
way of transfer of the Company's holding of Treasury Shares.  All of the share
options are at an exercise price of 6p per ordinary share, all pursuant to the
Company's Executive Share Option 'B' Scheme.



Jim Dodkins' resultant shareholding is as set out below:

The Company now holds a total of 1,258,118 ordinary shares as Treasury Shares
out of a total issued share capital of 24,793,190 ordinary shares. The Company's
Total Voting Rights are now 23,535,072 ordinary shares and this number should be
used to determine any announceable holdings under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
