                                IS Solutions plc

                                 Trading Update

The Company's financial year ended on 31 December 2007 and it is the Directors'
current intention that the final results for the 12 month period preceeding that
date will be published during the week commencing 24 March 2008.

It is the Directors' belief that both turnover and profit before tax and
amortisation for the period will be slightly ahead of current market
expectations.
