Capital Lease Aviation Plc (LSE: CLA), the aircraft leasing company, today announces that on 22 September 2014, Peter Freeman, a non-executive director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 20 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Freeman holds direct and indirect interests in 119,000 shares in the Company, representing 0.12 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
